Account and Data Deletion
MHR.lt users and customers may request deletion of their account and associated service data by contacting us by email.
How to request account deletion
To request account or company data deletion, send an email to info@mhr.lt.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your MHR.lt account.
- Your company name.
- Whether you want to delete only your user account or the full company account and associated service data.
Verification
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity and your authority to request deletion on behalf of a company account. We may ask for additional information if the request cannot be verified from the email address associated with the account.
What data may be deleted
After a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated service data where applicable. This may include user account data, company data, warehouse data, product data, inventory data, stock movement records, inbound and outbound records, transfer records, stock count records, notes, uploaded files, and related operational data.
Important note for company accounts
Deletion of a company account may remove access for all users connected to that company and may permanently delete warehouse, product, inventory, transaction, and related operational data. Before requesting deletion, we recommend exporting any data you need to keep.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained where required by law or where necessary for legitimate business, security, accounting, tax, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include invoices, payment records, contracts, accounting records, security logs, and records needed to prove compliance or enforce agreements.
Processing time
We will respond to verified deletion requests within one month, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law. Where deletion cannot be completed immediately because of legal or technical reasons, we will restrict the use of the retained data to the required purpose.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backup copies for a limited period until those backups are automatically overwritten or deleted according to our backup retention process. Backup data is not used for normal business operations and is only accessed where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.
Inactive or unpaid accounts
If a customer stops using the service or fails to pay for a paid plan, we may suspend access to the account. Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, account and service data may be retained for up to 90 days after suspension or termination to allow the customer to reactivate the account, export data, or resolve payment issues. After this period, we may delete or anonymise the account and service data, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legal, security, accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
