Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how MHR.lt collects, uses, stores, protects, retains, and deletes personal data when you use our warehouse management system and related services.

We may collect personal and business information that you provide when registering, using the service, contacting us, or requesting support.

  • Account information, such as name, email address, login details, role, company name, and company details.
  • Service data entered into the system, such as warehouses, locations, products, SKUs, barcodes, suppliers, inventory quantities, stock movements, inbound records, outbound records, transfers, stock counts, notes, uploaded files, and related operational records.
  • Communication data, such as support requests, demo requests, contact form submissions, and email correspondence.
  • Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser information, device information, session data, pages visited, actions performed in the application, and security logs.

We use your information to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve the MHR.lt service.

  • To create and manage user accounts, companies, warehouses, products, inventory records, and related service functions.
  • To provide customer support, respond to inquiries, process demo requests, and communicate about the service.
  • To monitor service performance, prevent abuse, investigate errors, protect security, and maintain audit logs.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
  • To analyse aggregated or limited usage information so we can improve the website, application, and user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share data only where necessary to provide the service, use trusted service providers, protect security, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

Service providers are allowed to process data only as necessary to provide services to us and must protect the data according to applicable requirements.

We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, authentication, server security, monitoring, backups, and restricted administrative access.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable safeguards.

We retain account, company, warehouse, inventory, transaction, and related service data for as long as the customer account remains active and as long as necessary to provide the MHR.lt service.

If a customer stops using the service or fails to pay for a paid plan, we may suspend access to the account. Unless otherwise agreed with the customer, account and service data may be retained for up to 90 days after suspension or termination to allow the customer to reactivate the account, export data, or resolve payment issues.

After this period, we may delete or anonymise the account and service data, unless a longer retention period is required by law, needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, or comply with accounting, tax, or legal obligations.

Certain records, such as invoices, payment records, contracts, and legally required accounting documents, may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted backup copies for a limited period until those backups are automatically overwritten or deleted according to our backup retention process. Backup data is not used for normal business operations and is only accessed where necessary for security, disaster recovery, or legal compliance.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access your data.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data or account.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing where applicable.
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@mhr.lt or use our Support page.

For account and data deletion requests, please also see our Account and Data Deletion page.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@mhr.lt.

To help us verify the request, please send the request from the email address associated with your MHR.lt account and include your company name. If we cannot verify your identity or authority to request deletion on behalf of a company account, we may ask for additional information before processing the request.

When a verified deletion request is received, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated service data within a reasonable period and respond to the request within one month, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law.

Some data may be retained where required by law, for example accounting, tax, invoice, payment, contract, fraud prevention, security, or dispute-resolution records. Where data cannot be deleted immediately for legal reasons, we will restrict its use to the required legal or compliance purpose.

Deletion of a company account may remove access for all users connected to that company and may permanently delete warehouse, product, inventory, transaction, and related operational data.
