• Attempt to disrupt the operation of the app.
• Engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping.

All content and intellectual property within the app are owned by MB "MHR Solutions".

Users retain ownership of any content they submit, but by submitting, you grant MB "MHR Solutions" a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating the service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB "MHR Solutions" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, MB "MHR Solutions"' liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

Annual subscriptions are paid in advance and are non‑refundable if you cancel the service before the end of the subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds may be issued only if the service was unavailable due to a technical failure or fault attributable to MB "MHR Solutions". Any partial refunds (if granted) may be subject to an administrative fee.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing MB "MHR Solutions".

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution, with arbitration taking place in the jurisdiction where MB "MHR Solutions" is located.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MB "MHR Solutions", its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the app or your breach of these Terms of Service.

MB "MHR Solutions" reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at its sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms of Service or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

MB "MHR Solutions" shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The failure of MB "MHR Solutions" to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and MB "MHR Solutions" regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of MB "MHR Solutions".

Any notices or communications regarding these Terms will be provided via email or through in‑app notifications as determined by MB "MHR Solutions".

By using the app, you consent to receive electronic communications from MB "MHR Solutions" that satisfy any legal notice requirements.

MB "MHR Solutions" will implement reasonable measures to secure your data and provide backup services. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and you acknowledge that you use the app at your own risk.

MB "MHR Solutions" will conduct scheduled maintenance and strive to maintain service levels as described, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the app.

Access to the Service requires a valid subscription, which must be paid in advance.

Subscriptions are billed either monthly (30 calendar days from activation) or annually, depending on the plan selected.

The subscription period begins only after the payment has been received and confirmed. If payment is not received on time, access to the Service may be suspended until payment is completed.

You are responsible for ensuring timely payments to maintain uninterrupted access to the Service.
